Conductivity

A conductivity system measures conductance by means of electronics connected to a sensor immersed in a solution. The analyzer circuitry impresses an alternating voltage on the sensor and measures the size of the resulting signal, which is linearly related to the conductivity. conductivity sensor to monitor product separation as well as phase separation in the food and pharmaceutical industry.

Turbidity

Turbidity is a measure of the degree to which the water loses its transparency due to the presence of suspended particulates. The more total suspended solids in the water, the murkier it seems and the higher the turbidity. Turbidity sensor is used to measure the optical density of liquids in order to continuously monitor process results or in order to reliably detect deviations. Particularly useful for phase separation, filter monitoring and concentration measurements.

PH Measurement

The basic principle of the pH meter is to measure the concentration of hydrogen ions. Acids dissolve in water forming positively charged hydrogen ions (H+). The greater this concentration of hydrogen ions, the stronger the acid is. Similarly, alkali or bases dissolve in water forming negatively charged hydrogen ions (OH-). The stronger a base is the higher the concentration of negatively charged hydrogen ions there are. The amount of these hydrogen ions present solution is dissolved in some amount of water determines the PH. pH Meters are used to measure acidity levels in water & wastewater treatment, pharmaceuticals, chemicals & petrochemicals, and other applications are known as pH meters.
